What the recovery link does

Tapping the recovery link opens your Axos workspace signed in, exactly like a normal magic-link sign-in. There is no password to reset because Axos does not store passwords — a workspace is bound to the email address that provisioned it, and access is granted by proving control of that address.

If you no longer control the email address that provisioned the workspace, contact support@axoshub.org from the address you would like to migrate the workspace to and include the invoice number of any past subscription. The workspace can be re-bound to the new address after identity verification, typically within two working days.
