SSO/SAML on Business plan
Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace and generic SAML. SCIM 2.0 for user lifecycle.
Workspace API v1
REST endpoints for notes, tasks and calendar. 600 req/min/token, per-scope permissions.
Device pinning
Optional restriction of magic links to a pinned browser list.
Warsaw region (eu-central-2)
Fourth European sync region for lower latency in Central and Eastern Europe.
Native offline cache
Service-worker-based read-through cache so the workspace opens instantly on flaky connections. Writes still go through the sync backbone; conflicts reconciled per-paragraph.
Task automations v2
Cross-board rules (when task lands in board A → create in board B), triggered from the workspace API or from Zapier.
Passkey sign-in
WebAuthn passkeys as an alternative to magic links, for users who prefer a device-bound credential.

Axos is a cloud workspace by design. Self-hosting is not planned.
