Wire your Axos workspace to the rest of your stack
Eight native integrations connect your workspace to Google, Slack, Zapier, Notion, Todoist, GitHub, Linear and CalDAV. Every connection is workspace-scoped, per-seat where relevant, and revocable in one click from /account.
Two-way Google Calendar sync — pick which sub-calendars to bring into the workspace and which workspace events to push back. Drive import creates a note per file with the file body inlined for common Google formats. Connected per seat with an OAuth grant that lives in your Google account and is revocable at any moment.
Slack
A workspace-scoped Slack app posts a message to a chosen channel whenever a task is completed, a task falls overdue, or a note is edited by another Team seat. The mapping is defined per board and per notebook — Slack never sees the content of a note, only the workspace event.
Zapier
A native Zapier integration with two triggers (new note, new task) and three actions (create note, create task, add calendar event) that lets your workspace exchange rows with more than 5 000 applications. The trigger payload includes the workspace event, the affected object ID and a signed callback URL for pull-back.
Notion import
A guided importer that reads a Notion export ZIP, maps top-level pages to notebooks, sub-pages to notes and toggle-lists to task boards. The importer is idempotent — re-running it on the same export merges by title without duplicating.
Todoist import
Uses the official Todoist API export to bring projects across as boards, sections as columns, tasks as tasks. Recurring rules are translated to Axos syntax with a diff report presented before the import commits.
GitHub
Every new issue on a chosen repository becomes a task in a chosen board, with the issue URL as the primary link. Closing the issue closes the task; re-opening the issue re-opens the task. Two-way sync of comments is opt-in.
Linear
Same mechanic as the GitHub integration for Linear issues. State changes propagate in both directions. Cycle boundaries are respected: tasks in a completed cycle are archived in the Axos workspace.
CalDAV
Any CalDAV provider (Apple iCloud, Fastmail, Posteo, Mailbox.org, Nextcloud) can be added as a read-only calendar. Events appear in the workspace calendar with a lock badge to indicate they are non-editable.
