A small, focused team building the cloud workspace we always wanted for ourselves — one URL, three surfaces, no password.
Who we are
AxosHub GmbH is a Berlin-based company incorporated in Germany, registered with the Amtsgericht Berlin-Charlottenburg under HRB 294 617 B. We are twenty-eight people at time of writing, spread across Berlin, Warsaw, Madrid and Dublin.
What we make
A cloud productivity workspace with three surfaces — notes, tasks, calendar — sitting on a European sync backbone, accessible through any modern browser via a passwordless magic-link sign-in. That is the entire product. We deliberately do not do chat, do not do wikis with typed databases, do not do file storage as a first-class surface, do not do self-hosted.
Why we started
The three founders were previously on the identity team of a large European SaaS company. Between them they had spent roughly a decade shipping password-reset flows, credential-stuffing defences and MFA enrolments. When they left to build something of their own, the first design decision — before feature scope, before pricing, before the name — was that it would be passwordless.
Where we are going
The public roadmap is short, honest and includes an anti-roadmap section. If we ever ship self-hosted, native desktop apps or in-workspace advertising, hold us to account.
