Axos Team Yearly is the Team tier billed once a year per seat, at EUR 89 per seat per year — a 17 % saving on the monthly Team rate. All Team features are included: 5 seats in the base, shared notes and boards and calendar, RBAC, 200-millisecond priority sync, 180-day version history, workspace analytics. Additional seats added mid-year are pro-rated to the anniversary date. Removed seats free up the slot immediately and a credit is issued on the next invoice. A single yearly invoice covers the entire team, downloadable as a PDF with itemised seat count and VAT identification pre-filled from the workspace owner's /account page. Ideal for small studios, consulting practices and remote pods that prefer one predictable annual outgoing. Requires an Axos workspace account. Sign in from any browser.

How to activate this plan

1. Enter your workspace email on the login page.
2. Tap the magic link that arrives in your inbox.
3. Land on your Axos workspace — the plan is applied automatically at first sign-in.
4. Manage billing, seats and cancellation from the account page.

All Axos plans are billed in euros and issued as PDF invoices with your VAT identification pre-filled from the /account page. Cancellation is possible at any time from the /account page; a pro-rated refund is issued to your original payment method within seven working days.
