Axos Business is the tier for organisations that need identity governance and audit trails on their Axos workspace. On top of every Team feature, Business adds SAML 2.0 single sign-on with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace and any generic SAML provider, SCIM 2.0 user provisioning, an immutable audit log retained 365 days and exportable as JSON, a workspace-scoped API token store, workspace-scoped IP allowlisting, and 365-day version history on every notebook, board and calendar. Sync latency stays on the priority rail; a dedicated European sync region can be pinned per workspace on request. Billed monthly per active seat, no minimum seat count above the Team base of 5. Onboarding assistance from an Axos workspace specialist is included for the first 30 days. Requires an Axos workspace account. Sign in from any browser.

How to activate this plan

1. Enter your workspace email on the login page.
2. Tap the magic link that arrives in your inbox.
3. Land on your Axos workspace — the plan is applied automatically at first sign-in.
4. Manage billing, seats and cancellation from the account page.

All Axos plans are billed in euros and issued as PDF invoices with your VAT identification pre-filled from the /account page. Cancellation is possible at any time from the /account page; a pro-rated refund is issued to your original payment method within seven working days.
